一 |     据“首都教育”微信公众号4月23日消息，《北京市教育委员会关于2024年义务教育阶段入学工作的意见》今日发布。    Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan shared a heartfelt message for cricketer Andre Russell after he announced his retirement as a player from the Indian Premier League. Russell, who has been one of the most loved players of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), posted a video on social media on Sunday, confirming his decision to step away from playing. His announcement left fans emotional, but it also marked the beginning of a new chapter for him within the same team.     Soon after Andre Russell shared his retirement video, Shah Rukh Khan responded with a touching note filled with respect, love, and admiration. Russell, who has been associated with KKR for several years, will now take up a different role as the team’s power coach.     Shah Rukh wrote, “Thank you for the wonderful memories, Andre. Your contribution to @KKRiders is one for the books…”          He continued to praise the all-rounder for the energy and passion he brought to the field, calling him a key part of the team’s identity. While the cricketer was released by KKR recently after a dip in performance numbers, he still remains one of the most impactful players in IPL history. Fans warmly call him “Muscle Russell” for his powerful batting and unforgettable match-winning moments.     Meanwhile, Shah Rukh was last seen in the films Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki. He also made a cameo in his son Aryan Khan’s debut series The Ba*ds of Bollywood”**. 二 | 今年北京市义务教育入学重要时间安排与往年保持一致。　　此前，教育部印发通知，部署义务教育阳光招生专项行动。北京市严格贯彻落实教育部要求，制定行动方案，不折不扣抓好落实，聚焦优化完善政策措施、严格监管入学流程、加大信息公开力度、检查评估落实情况等重点任务，全面加强义务教育招生入学管理工作。

三 | 　　今年将进一步强化“四个严禁”：严禁以考试成绩和各类竞赛证书、培训竞赛成绩、考级证明等作为招生依据，严禁以面试、评测、接收简历等形式选拔学生，严禁学校和校外培训机构以培训班、校园开放日、夏令营等形式提前招生、选拔学生，严禁任何学校以实验班、特色班、国际部、国际课程班等名义招生。北京市将严肃执纪问责，加强对入学工作的事前、事中、事后监管，从严规范。　　近年来，为满足群众上好学的期待，北京市深入推动改革创新，持续聚焦扩优提质，扎实推进义务教育优质均衡发展。目前，全市集团化办学覆盖率达到75%，学区制管理覆盖了90%的中小学，乡镇义务教育学校100%得到“手拉手”帮扶。已基本形成常态化交流轮岗机制，优质资源覆盖面不断扩大。连续三年实施“新增2万个中小学学位”民生实事工程，累计增加11万余学位，新增学位100%实现优质供给。

四 | 　　北京市按照“大减法、小加法，多渠道、新载体”的总体思路，以中考改革为教育评价改革的切入点，以数字化作为建设高质量基础教育体系的重要举措，推动基础教育系统性跃升。近期还启动了“全域教研”新模式，更好发挥教研工作对基础教育的专业支撑作用，逐步构建纵向联动、横向协同、专业高效、支撑有力的教研新格局，支撑首都基础教育高质量发展。　　（中国小康网综合“首都教育”微信公众号、央视网）。
